guideline for competition before register

Registration Process

All Participants are required to register via the provided Google Form.

Communication Platform

Upon registration, all players will be added to a WhatsApp group dedicated to tournament-related communications.

Category & Participant Limit

The Women's Double Bakat Baru category accommodates a maximum of 64 pairs.

Eligibility

Player Eligibility

  • State and National level players are ineligible to participate.
  • Winners of Amateur Tournaments are also ineligible.

Registration Fee Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable for disqualified players.

Deadline

Deadline Policy

No refunds, replacements,or substitutions are permitted after the closing date.

Entry List Publication

  • The finalized entry list will be released after the closing date. Players are advised to review their registration details.
  • Players are prohibited to alter their entries once the schedule has been published.

Protest

Protest Procedure

  • All protests must be lodged before the tournament day.
  • A protest fee of RM200 will be collected, refundable if the protest is deemed valid.

The organizer reserves the right to modify rules and regulations without prior notice.

Decision Authority

Organizers and umpires' decisions are deemed final.

Punctuality Requirement

  • Players are encouraged to arrive at the tournament venue at least one hour before their match.
  • Participants must be present inside their respective match courts within 5 minutes of their scheduled time.

Shuttlecock Provision

Only two shuttlecocks will be provided for each match.

Identification Verification

Players are required to present their identification cards to the organizer for verification purposes.

System

Scoring System

  • Matches up to the semi -finals will follow a 30-point system for each game.
  • From the semi-finals to the final, matches will adopt a best of-three format with 21 points per game.
